Social media platforms operate independently from us and we are not responsible for the personal information that you choose to submit or link on any social media platform. LiftNet is located in the United States and provides services to customers across the U.S. and all Canadian provinces. If we determine that we are not subject to the laws of your jurisdiction of residence that afford you the above-described rights, we may decline to act on your request.

The Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) is a setting offered by certain browsers and extensions that signals a preference to opt out of data processing, including data “sales” as defined under applicable laws. Residents of Canada
LiftNet is located in the United States and some of its service providers are located in the United States or elsewhere outside of Canada. As a result, your personal information will be processed and stored outside of Canada for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. While outside of Canada, personal information will be subject to applicable local laws, which may permit government and national security authorities in those jurisdictions to access your personal information in certain circumstances. We will maintain your personal information we collect on our servers, which are accessible by our authorized employees, representatives and service providers for the purposes detailed in this Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information. You may request access to, correction of, or withdrawal of consent to our collection of your personal information by contacting us at info@liftnet.com.
